It’s Only a Paper Star

We will make four different types of stars. The first star will be the Swedish star. This three dimensional star goes by many names but they are all made from woven strips of paper. They can be embellished by dipping them in wax and sprinkling them with glitter. The second star is a two-sided star each side made from a single sheet of paper, cut and folder. A paper lace doily can be inserted between the two sides. The% last two stars are made from kite paper, a translucent paper. One star will be flat and gives a stained-glass appearance and the other, called a lion headed stat, is fluffy like an exploding star. You will have time to make several stars of each type.
